Sara Cummings brings extensive business and personal experience to her strengths as a Realtor®.  She transitioned to real estate from a successful fifteen-year Public Relations and Marketing career in the wine industry.   She joined Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Petaluma in 2005 and earned the company’s coveted Client Service Award for her service and professionalism.

Sara believes in the benefits of owning real estate and is a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients.  She is a born communicator who is known for her ability to find solutions and resolve issues.  She is responsive, service-oriented and driven by client satisfaction.  Her marketing background and training as an Accredited Staging Professional ensure that her listings will be marketed to the appropriate audience and sold at the best possible price. 

Sara is a member of the Petaluma Chapter of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors® and the Women's Council of Realtors®, Wine Country Chapter.  She is a member of the Petaluma Branch of the American Association of University Women and is a volunteer with COTS (Committee on the Shelterless) in Petaluma and the Petaluma Animal Shelter.
 
Sara has resided in Petaluma since 1991 and was born in Marin County.  She earned her Bachelor's Degree at Indiana University, Bloomington and attended Graduate School at Golden Gate University, San Francisco.  She is married with one daughter.  Along with family life, food, wine, and real estate, Sara enjoys music of all kinds.  Sara is also an accomplished trombonist, and is a member of the People of Note Big Band in Novato.
